HISTORY AND PRESENT TIME
Hydro-Naval was established in 1979 under the name of Zaklad Mechaniki Maszyn in Ustka. At that time the company was focused primarily on repairs of the on-board equipment for Baltic fleet. In the following years we have transformed into Hydro-Naval Partnership (Spolka Jawna) and conducted our business in two locations in Ustka. We had three large production plants with a total covered area of 2600 m2 and a storage lot of 1100 m2. These plants were equipped with 14 lifts with capacity ranging from 500 to 1000 kg and two gantry cranes with a lift capacity of 4,5 and 12,5 tons, as well as the set of classic and CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines, boring machines enabling a comprehensive treatment of steel with accuracy of up to 0,01 mm. Moreover, we had a separate modern welding shop where we could weld a wide variety of steel grades with all available welding techniques.
The next step in our development was an opening in October of 2011 of our brand new, large and modern industrial & office complex in Slupsk Special Economic Zone. The new facility replaced two plants in Ustka, increased our production capacity and allowed us to expand the assortment of our products and services, as well as to develop the new areas of operations. The new production hall measuring 120 m by 40 m, equipped with seventeen cranes with loading capacity ranging from 1 T to 25 T, as well as modern machines and technologies have doubled our previous production capacity and carries a potential of its further increase. Additionally, we have installed a shot-blasting chamber and a professional industrial spray booth with a paint drying chamber.
The key assets of our company are certified Quality Systems ISO, AQAP, the Military Technical Supervision, as well as recognition of the Office of Technical Inspection (Urzad Dozoru Technicznego) and many Classification Societies, such as Det Norske Veritas, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register of Shiping, American Bureau of Shipping, Polish Register of Shipping (Polski Rejestr Statkow), but mostly the satisfaction of our customers.

- all kind of deck equipment for offshore.
- all kind of fishing winches ( trawl, net, auxiliary, etc. ).
- other winches ( not for fishing ) – hydrographic, CTD, seismic, anchor, cable for deep sea operation, ROV, etc.
- deck cranes, equipment for launching rescue boats.
- systems of replenishment at sea (RAS).
- special products for Navy.
- hydraulic drive systems for equipment above mentioned.
- ISO 9001 : 2008 for manufacture and sale of deck equipment for ships and for offshore industry (DNV, cert. no. 60835 - 2009 - AQ - POL - RvA Rev. 1 valid until 14. Nov. 2012).
- ISO 9001 : 2008 for manufacture and sale of deck equipment (ZSJZ, cert. no.: 705/S/2009 valid until 14.Oct. 2012).
- AQAP 2120 : 2006 for manufacture and sale of deck equipment (ZSJZ, cert. no.: 705/A/2009 valid until 14.Oct. 2012).
